In particular, Paul had the vision to develop a creative solution for a broken hot water heater previously installed in a closet in a house we purchased. He came up with a plan to re-configure the lines to install a flash heater in a utility closet, which allowed us to gain additional closet space in our family room. Overall, we've been thoroughly pleased with the service and professional installation. We were delighted with the fine workmanship, professionalism and efficiency of Paul Gerrard of Pipeline Plumbing. When we added a new master bedroom and bath, and completely redid the kitchen at our home in the Rockridge area of Oakland, Paul did all the plumbing, including installation of the steam unit for our steam shower. Everything was done on time and on budget. But the proof of his skill is that my one of us is in the shower, the other can flush the toilet or run the hot water in the basin without changing the pressure or temperature of the shower! No more sudden freezes or scaldings! Paul's the greatest. Paul has come to the rescue on a couple of occasions in the last 12 months; Pipeline installed really clean copper piping to bring our shower back to life and he also did a great job with the claw foot tub. He came highly recommended to us by a neighbor and I would definitely consider him when we get around to updating the plumbing throughout.
